The ice-breaking game—Mingo—quickly ignited the students' enthusiasm. Gathered in a circle, laughter filled the room as unfamiliar faces gradually became familiar. The Raccoon Circle game further elevated the atmosphere, teaching students the importance of empathy, teamwork, communication, and execution. The Iron Nail challenge served as a catalyst for shifting mindsets and fostering positive thinking. Through the challenge, students turned the impossible into possible, experiencing firsthand the significance of innovation.

The 4D Personality Assessment and analysis provided students with deeper insights into their innate traits. Not only did they gain a thorough understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, but they also learned how to better interact with people of different personalities. This has laid a solid foundation for future teamwork.

The two classic activities, Balancing the Pole and Cosmic Ring, put the teams'默契 and collaboration skills to the test. Through repeated challenges and attempts, the students learned to build trust, set common goals, and work together toward achieving them. Whether succeeding or failing, each attempt embodied the collective wisdom and effort of the entire team.

The ABCDE Organizational Development exercise provided students with a clearer understanding of team structures, role responsibilities, and communication techniques. This not only helps them integrate better into group settings in their future academic lives but also lays a solid foundation for their professional development.
