A delegation from the College of Innovation and Experiment at Northwest A&F University visited Chongben College to conduct research and exchange ideas on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents On March 14th am. The delegation consisted of Dean Xu Yan, Vice Dean Wang Wenliang, and Youth League Committee Secretary Yang Peihao. They were welcomed by Chongben College Dean Gao Huiwang, Vice Deans Chen Qing and Cao Juan, as well as counselor Gao Peng, who participated in the discussion and exchange session.
Gao Huiwang extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the College of Innovation and Experiment at Northwest A&F University. He provided an overview of Chongben College, covering its development history, current status, talent cultivation model, and educational achievements. He particularly highlighted the college’s Earth System Science-oriented curriculum, student selection and dynamic adjustment mechanisms, as well as its distinctive brand activities.Xu Yan, in turn, introduced the history of the College of Innovation and Experiment, its integrated undergraduate-master-doctoral talent cultivation model, and the unique management mechanisms of the Ren Academy.The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as student management, cultivation models, and the reform and optimization of evaluation systems. They also reached a preliminary cooperation agreement on faculty and student exchanges between the two colleges.
