Position:

Strengthen the body through exercises, make students have excellent scientific research skills at the same time have excellent physical and psychological qualities, shape a more healthy personality, promote the overall development of the individual, and provide a good platform for students who love sports.


Goal:

Through organizing daily exercises, physical training, competitive sports, fun sports and other activities to exercise the physical fitness of students, cultivate perseverance willpower, enhance self-confidence in sports, and fully develop the body and mind.


Activities:

1. Daily exercise: daily exercise clock in, night running group, etc.;

2. Featured sports: mountaineering (Laoshan, Fushan, Zhushan, etc.), various ball sports, swimming, marathon, outing, team fun games, etc.

Operation:

The activity adopts the model of daily exercise + regular activity. Before the activity, the person in charge discusses together on the basis of the opinions of the members to develop an event plan. During the activity, the person in charge organizes and leads the avtivity while giving members more autonomy and freedom. After the activity, make records and evaluations, and conduct regular evaluations and summaries.
