Under the lead of Mrs. Jiang from the laboratory, the students first understood the development of the laboratory, scientific research platform, talent team and future development. Later, in front of the 12 scientific expedition vessel models, familiar names such as Jiaolong, Dongfanghong 3 and Beidou appeared one after another. Under the explanation of Mrs. Jiang, the students also had a better understanding of their focused function. Afterwards, the students visited the current achievements in the field of marine science and technology. From Enteromorpha and red tide to the Guanlan satellite, they all represented major breakthroughs made by China in the marine field. Standing before these proud achievements, many students couldn't help but exclamation. In the gap between the explanation, they stopped in front of the exhibition stand to read and study. Afterwards, faced the oar representing the venue of OceanObs'29 Conference, Mr. Jiang said slowly, Because of the long term of marine scientific research, the OceanObs is held every 10 years. The conference will be held in Qingdao in 2029. At that time, I hope that all the students present will be researchers and participants in that grand event!”, and the students are all inspired by it. Finally, in front of the huge display screen of the Supercomputing Center, the Internet jointly constructed with the Shenwei Supercomputing Centers in Jinan and Wuxi operates in real time. Changing ocean currents, climate forecast maps, accurate the Belt and Road Initiatives forecast maps, efficient marine drug research, etc. these latest results of science and technology gave the students unparalleled shock.

This visit gave the students a comprehensive understanding of the past, present and future of the development of marine science and technology. The past achievements are proud, the present efforts make progress, and the future blueprint inspires ambition.
